Jacque’s role tends to be behind the scenes, but her energy, creativity, and innovation benefit the entire practice. As Operations Specialist, Jacque is busy keeping up with compliance updates and issues, managing and maintaining client information, and developing marketing ideas and ads, among other responsibilities.
Despite complicated demands, her kindness and compassion toward others shine through in her willingness to help. She follows the principle: “You have a choice on how you respond to a person or situation. Be kind, choose to be helpful and give others your time patiently.” It’s no surprise that her coworkers call her the “Compassionate Multitasker.”
Exercising her creativity is what Jacque finds the most rewarding, whether applying her analytical skills to streamline processes and procedures for greater efficiency or designing and implementing a marketing campaign. Jacque thrives on finding more efficient methods and living out her favorite motto, “work smarter, not harder.” Committed to a life of learning, with no fear of change, Jacque says, “Success won’t just come and look for you. You have to go out there, work hard, and chase after it.”
Jacque joined Werth Wealth Management in 2013 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She says, “The caliber of people that work here is amazing. Our qualifications complement one another as we work together for a common goal of success for our clients, providing them with the best service available.”
Jacque and her husband, Jon, enjoy life in Hays, Kansas. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Jacque enjoys expressing her creativity through her passion for baking and sharing her creations with others.
