Jenna values being part of Werth Wealth Management’s unique team environment. “We all have our strengths and are good at making sure those strengths are put to good use. We are all very knowledgeable in our respective areas and are always there to help one another out.” She finds it extremely rewarding to know that she’s able to provide knowledgeable assistance to coworkers, in a setting where personal strengths are nurtured.
In all that she does, it’s easy to see that Jenna’s focus is always on the client. She’s quick to point out, “the thing that I love most is the relationships that I’m building with clients.” Many clients benefit from Jenna’s knowledge and capable support, whether or not she sits across the desk as the advisor. Jenna’s role as a financial advisor continues to evolve. She advises an increasing number of clients, while continuing to support fellow advisors in many areas and handling several additional operational responsibilities.
Jenna has been in the financial services industry since 2013, after receiving degrees in both Finance and Management from Fort Hays State University. In 2017, she joined Werth Wealth Management, upon her return to Kansas after living and working in South Dakota.
Time spent with family is one of Jenna’s top priorities and she’s happy to be back in the area where she grew up—close to extended family. Outside of work she can be found on the farm or occupied in outdoor activities with her husband, Andrew, and sons, Gentry and Braxton. Raised on a farm, Jenna says, “I still have some of the farm girl in me. Growing up, I showed cattle, pigs, and sheep in 4-H and loved every minute of it.” Today, Jenna gives back by serving on the 4-H Scholarship & Development Committee for Ellis County, as well as serving as a board member of the Fort Hays State University Robbins College of Business and Entrepreneurship Dean’s Advisory Council.
