Natasha is the “voice” of Werth Wealth Management, the first person you see when you walk in the door, and the first person you speak to on the phone. Her warmth immediately puts people at ease.
Handling all incoming calls to the practice and assisting in money movement requests, as well as all scheduling for Tim and Jeff, are significant responsibilities that Natasha handles with grace. Every client contact is an opportunity to build a relationship and building relationships with clients is what Natasha enjoys most about her job as Client Relations Manager. Birthdays, anniversaries, special events in client lives—Natasha is the one who knows and remembers all these truly important dates.
Natasha has worked in the services industry for more than 20 years, 16 of those years in her customer relations role at Werth Wealth Management. She feels that her experiences have helped her to stay clearly focused on clients’ needs. Natasha places a high value on hard work and follows the example of her dad, saying “No matter how tired he is when someone needs help, he is always the first one there to lend a helping hand. I want to be just like him.”
Natasha makes her home in Victoria, Kansas, with her husband, Cory, and their three children, Peyton, Macy and Mia. She loves the Midwest, and loves being able to raise her family in the quiet town in which she was born and raised. While early mornings find her at the gym, her favorite places to be are cheering on her kids at different sporting events or helping the school’s PTO raise money for classroom needs.
Truly a people person, Natasha’s description of how she starts each day is no surprise. “I bring a big smile to work every morning and try to make others around me happy.” The perfect fit in a team of people who genuinely care about each other and the clients they serve.
